Are humans meant to have visible muscles?
I mean, I've seen pictures of groups that are still in a sense tribal, like they hunt and stuff and they usually look slightly chubby in the sense that you can't see their abs, yet they hunt animals for a long time and are generally more fit than most people. I also see pictures of slightly chubby people from the past and I wonder if we are supposed to be so muscled.
If you can see someone's muscles, it means their body fat is below 10%, and from the survival point of view, being thin isn't a good idea. Being a bit fat is better, because it means you can survive longer without food.
