How do you start planning a black-light sweet sixteen?
I'm really confused right now. I want to have like a formal/semi-formal sweet sixteen and i want a "black-light" theme. The thing is, I don't know where to start and I have a budget. Please help me ?
If your going to be in a room, cover the walls with black construction paper or something of the sort that you can paint on. Then get glow in the dark paint and get your friends to come over and paint crazy stuff all over it, it doesnt really matter what you paint its up to you. Get someone with strobe light to bring it and get your techno cd's out, and have everyone bring their glowsticks and you guys are set for an awesome party. Seriously it doesn't matter, as long as you have all these elements you Will have a good time. I've done without some of that stuff but the party was still a blast. Just Don't Let the Music SToP!!! haha have fun baby!!!
