Does anyone think this is a nice tv stand?
sorry for the long intro.
I got a 55" Sony Bravia but the thing is it looks small without a stand despite having a supposedly large screen. I cant put up a picture of my living room at the moment (cuz i have no camera need to get one) but heres the layout of my room with the tv. The middle has white carpet surrounded by cherry oak hardwood floor. and like 4 black sofas in a square formation with the front side missing and a clear glass table. The TV is Piano black with a glossy finish.just to give u an idea wat the room looks like. (i just moved in not long ago and im a dude so not very creative with furnishing). the stand needed to accomadate my fios box, blu-ray bos, ps3 and a home theater sound box (i also have 4 bars around the room) is this a nice stand and does it seem like it fits.

Rather than the open unit you're looking at, I prefer closed cabinets with glass doors. This reduces mechanical noise from the DVR, DVD, and BD players. Similar to your setup, I'd go for this one: http://www.bdiusa.com/theater/mirage.shtml
