What should I wear to a Wedding shower? And are guys expected to be there too?
I am going to my friend's wedding shower later on this month. I have never been to one before, what should I wear, and should my guy go?
Be a little dressier than normal. Nice pants and a top or a skirt or dress are always appropriate. Avoid jeans just to be on the safe side.
I dress for a bridal shower the way I would dress if I were going to church with my grandmother, or out for brunch at a really nice restaurant with my friends.
Men typically do not attend bridal showers. If you're wondering whether your boyfriend is invited, unless his name actually appears on the invitation, he's not.
