Would it be wrong if I offered a scholarship or award to white-males exclusively?
Just something small to a local college. A plaque, and say, $100 for each "winner".

I don't think so. I mean, a lot of people would bitch and moan about it (even though theres TONS of scholarships for only women, or only minorities, or only minority women). I think that'd be fine.
