Can I get a No Parking ticket if no signs are posted?
In my town there are no "no parking" signs posted except for maybe 3 places when you drive into the town saying no parking between 1am and 5am in Wyckoff. I got a parking ticket for leaving my car on the street at night and there are absolutely no signs on the street I left it on. Is the town required to post signs or is it legal for you to just have to know? Am I able to fight this ticket?
