How to combine boys room with adult bedroom?
I'm gonna be sharing a room with my 2 year old soon, and I don't know how to make it work for both of us. He has a bright blue racecar bed. I want him to have a fun room that he likes to be in ,but I also need to be able to relax and rewind in it. how do I pull that off?
some of the latest colors for bedrooms are blue and brown- masculine but very soothing. find a bedspread or duvet cover you like and try to find a solid one for your 2 yr old. (try www.overstock.com) and go from there. wall color could be in a lighter shade of either blue or brown - think pale blueish gray, or mushroom - rich beige. then accessorize with darker versions of the blue and browns for throw pillows, area rugs, lamp shades, throws, etc.
